Certificates of deposit — listed terms and renewal choices
Integrity Bank’s CD disclosure lists a loss of 30 days of interest for its three-month CD, three months of interest for its six-month CD, and six months of interest for the listed one-, two-, four-, and five-year CDs. Early withdrawals are subject to the bank’s discretion. Customers choose automatic renewal before opening; automatically renewing accounts receive 10 days after maturity to withdraw without penalty. A nonrenewed account moves to a non-interest-bearing account.
The schedule applies to the individual terms explicitly listed; it should not be extrapolated to unlisted terms or separate IRA products. The disclosure does not define the penalty’s annual day basis, month conversion, calculation balance, or collection from principal. Confirm the selected renewal option and the actual agreement for the opening or renewal date.
