Landmark Bank's CD page states a penalty of 30 days of accrued interest on the amount withdrawn for its 6-month CD, and 90 days of accrued interest on the amount withdrawn for its 12-month CD. These statements accompany the two promotional offers on the page. The general CD section separately says that other terms are available and that an interest penalty may apply.

The offer block is dated November 24, 2025, although the official page was fetched now. Do not extend these two schedules to every Landmark CD or assume the displayed promotional rates remain available. The day-count convention and whether unearned interest can be taken from principal are not specified here; confirm the customer's agreement and current bank quote.
