Not enough new homes
Saturday, June 14th, 2008The House Builders Association have confirmed that the number of new homes built in 2008 will be around 110,000, far short from the target set by Gordon Brown of 240,000 new homes per year. The picture could worsen in 2009 as the credit crunch and economic slowdown continues to bite, with just 80,000 new homes being built. (more…)
